There are a few steps to ensure clear privacy, secure system and non-abuse of the system:>
1) First you have to have a Paypal account (create one now, it takes some verification to complete the acount)
2) Once you've the account, you can add value onto it
3) Then once you've verified your account is able to process, you can send the member fee.
4) There are a few levels of member fee. So will send you details when you've got to step (3).

Ada beberapa langkah muktamad yang akan memastikan "clear privacy", sistem yang cekap dan supaya sistem tidak disalahgunakan:
1) Pertama, anda harus mempunyai akaun Paypal yang active. (jikalau tiada)
